Steven joined Penmor in 2010 after 10 years in commercial mortgages with two major financial institutions and has been in the banking/ lending industry in the Prairies market, since 1993. Steven’s commercial mortgage expertise spans across all asset classes, as well as construction finance, interim loans, and CMHC mortgage insured products. Steven graduated from The University of Calgary with an Economics major, Commerce minor degree, and has called Alberta home since 1980.
