Executive Team

	David Franklin, RIBC President David joined the firm in 1995, previously having worked with private and public sector real estate finance companies. David also held managerial positions with CMHC, Canada’s federal mortgage loan insurance agency. David is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and Canada. David has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and, in particular, extensive CMHC “work out” experience.
	Chris Brossard, CA Vice President, Corporate Development Chris brings over 15 years of senior managerial experience and corporate level leadership, with significant financial sector expertise culminating in executive roles and shareholder positions with various private equity, real estate and real estate finance firms.  Chris holds a Canadian Chartered Accountant designation.
