Chris Sharp, CFA

Chris has over 20 years experience in the commercial finance industry, having financed commercial real estate, golf and resort properties, construction/development, equipment and asset based lending. Chris has held senior positions with various financial institutions both national and international in scope and is experienced in both origination and managerial roles. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, completed the Canadian Securities Course and has his CFA designation.
   
   

Murray Wood, BComm

Mortgage Agent

Murray has over 25 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry and possesses a strong knowledge of both term and construction financing.  Prior to joining Penmor, he held senior origination positions with nationally based institutional lenders, dealing with public and private real estate organizations of all sizes.  Murray holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta.
   
   

Harley Gold, MBA

Mortgage Broker

Harley joined Penmor in 2008 and prior to this he operated as a commercial mortgage broker with a large firm involved in Canadian and US real estate finance.  Harley has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2002 and has been an active producer of construction and term financing in all asset classes.  In the past few years Harley has specialized in hotel and resort construction/term financing throughout Canada.  Harley has an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, a financial services underwriting degree from Seneca College (mortgage broker program) and an MBA from Canisius College.
