	David W. Franklin, RIBC President David joined the firm in 1995, previously having worked with private and public sector real estate finance companies. David also held managerial positions with CMHC, Canada’s federal mortgage loan insurance agency. David is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and Canada. David has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and in particular extensive CMHC “work out” experience.


	Ron Kunciak , RIBC Chairman of the Board Ron has over 35 years experience in the commercial mortgage industry. Ron joined Penmor in 1985 and was the President of the company for 13 years. Prior to joining Penmor, Ron held senior managerial positions with a private sector mortgage insurance company and as principal with a mortgage banking firm. Ron is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and is a retired accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers in the US.


	Tudor Weeks, ARICS, RIBC Vice President Tudor brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry. He joined Penmor in 1977 after holding senior positions with major financial institutions and private sector mortgage insurance companies as well as having held shareholder position in a real estate appraisal company. Tudor is a retired designated member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and an Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.


	David E. Johnston, RIBC Vice President David has over 30 years experience in commercial mortgages origination, risk management and workout solutions across the country with expertise in all asset classes. David’s strength is in structure financing and his ability to find lending solutions to the most complex and aggressive projects. Before joining Penmor in 1989 David held senior positions at major Canadian banks.


	Edward J. DeMarchi, BComm, RIBC Vice President Ed brings over 30 year of experience in the commercial mortgage industry. He joined Penmor in 1992 and was formerly with the real estate services subsidiary of a major Canadian life insurance company and trust company. Ed holds a BComm from the University of British Columbia. He is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC.


	Lester B. Chow, BComm Vice President Lester joined Penmor in 2005 after 8 successful years with the commercial mortgage division of one of the largest Canadian financial institutions. Lester has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years with experience in term, interim construction, equity financing, and CMHC mortgage insured product. Lester graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics.


	Roger Bing-Wo, MBA Business Development Manager Roger has over 18 years of commercial real estate lending experience. Prior to joining Penmor, Roger was a principal of the Vancouver office of a national mortgage banking company. Before that, he acted as a direct lender within the real estate lending unit of a major Canadian bank. Roger holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia.


	Scott Naimer, BA Business Development Manager Scott joined Penmor in early 2008 after holding a position with a commercial mortgage brokerage firm involved in high profile construction and term mortgages. Scott has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2002 as a private equity investor in multi-family residential projects, and has been an active producer of interim, construction and term financing in a number of asset classes. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University in Montreal.


	Trevor Wick Business Development Manager Trevor holds 20 years of financial industry experience bringing solid expertise in commercial mortgage financing. Trevor joins Penmor after having operated with various national and regional financial institutions.


	Oliver Baecker Business Development Manager Oliver joined Penmor after 13 years at a major Canadian financial institution where he specialized in commercial mortgages and corporate lending. He brings in-depth experience with structured finance and is driven to provide clients with personalized financing solutions tailored to meet their unique requirements. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria.


	Don Smith Business Development Manager Don has over 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry. He joined Penmor in 2009 after a career with a major Canadian Trust Company and Bank where he held senior commercial lending positions involving conventional and insured term mortgages and interim construction facilities on all asset classes. Don holds a BA in Economics from Carleton University.
